Commonwealth of Massachusetts : House of Representatives, October 19, 1814. Ordered, that Messrs. R. Sullivan, Knapp, Newburyport, Vose and Brewer, Roxbury, together with such as the Honorable Senate may join, be a committee to consider whether any and what amendments are necessary in the militia laws of this commonwealth, with power to sit during the recess, and to report by bill or otherwise.
